Friendly and efficient. Very good and knowledgeable service advisor arranged for a loaner model that I wanted to test. But the sales pitch for unneeded services was a little silly, i.e. do I really need new tires at 26k miles?(The thread looked perfectly fine to me). The mechanic did a fine job but was a bit sloppy. After a tire rotation there was a difference of 5lbs between the tires. Overall, a very good service visit. More

Changed my service to more expensive option I had scheduled an oil change and that's it. Instead it was taken in for a "servicing" which involved an increased fees.
