Very disappointed. The salesman TJ was a fine gentleman & a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the sales manager was not impressed with the business I brought Newins (8 vehicles purchased) and the discount was not consistent with the business I brought in. When I reconfirmed this information with the sales manager Brian, he was NOT impressed. This is consistent with the reputation the car sales industry has. More

The good, the bad, and the ugly. Setting up my custom mustang mach-e order online was great. I chose Newins because I had heard good things about them and they are close to me. Setting up my custom mustang mach-e order online was great. I chose Newins because I had heard good things about them and they are close to me. My 1st contact from them was Joanie D, who is their internet specialist. She was helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. Eventually they assigned me a sales person paul S, who was friendly and tried to be helpful but I assume he is new as he didn't know anything about how online ordering works, he didn't know anything about the mustang mach-e, or the ford options plan (which is how I am financing the car). Once the car came in, Paul told me to come in for 'some paperwork' but I went in with not much of an idea what the paperwork was, or what i needed to bring with me. After close to 2 hours of being there, paul's manager Matthew S, came over, was rude to him and had me come over to his desk. I assumed he was doing the 'ill swoop in and 'save' the customer' routine but nope, this guy matthew was just a jerk. He was even meaner and more dismissive to me and my friend than he was to his employee. We dealt with him for less than 10 mins and I was considering leaving the dealership. I hope to NEVER have to deal with this matthew guy again in my life on a business or personal level again! He also gave me very little info on what was going on, and then he had us waiting and eventually Joe (the finance guy) came for us and he was the only one to actually explain to me what the process was and what the next steps are! I then came in a few days later to actually pick up the car, which went ok and again Paul was trying to be very helpful. HOWEVER I didn't notice til i got home that somehow between me filling out the agreement and them printing it and me signing something got altered - the miles per yr for the ford options plan was changed. I also noticed the 500$ deposit i put down on the car wasn't showing up. I called paul and he said he had no idea about how the 500$ deposit works and he didn't think we could change the mileage on the agreement! I then called and left a message for Joe. Paul then called me back saying he'd have bryan B, the GM, call me the next day (friday) about it. Well I heard from no-one so i called on monday to talk to Bryan B, and he said he was never told by Paul what was going on. He did look into things and said the 500$ will come back to me from ford somehow but he needed to look into how it works and he said Matthew S was probably the one who changed my yearly mileage and Bryan would get it fixed. That was about 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back yet at all. I do trust Bryan B. however as he does seem to know what he is doing. I am just generally surprised at how little a ford dealership knows about Ford products and how downright mean their sales manager is to customers. Luckily for me both paul and bryan seem to be trying to make things right. I do hope they are sucessful. More
