Hello We did take care of the miles and your payment went down we spoke after we fixed it. The other issue was the $500 dep that ford took when mach e was sached. So ford is trying to be like Elan musk and Tessler with the no show room all online process which all the dealers are adapting too and feel like ford will cut dealers out in the near future so it has been a learning curve as a dealership with the new process. I apologize for the hicups in your process. I will follow-up on the $500 dep and let you know. Enjoy your weekend Bryan

My apologies, I was having a bad day. This is not who I am, I was upset because this is not how we handle Factory Orders. I just wanted to make the payment correct (which I did by lowering it $70 per month) and get you on your way enjoying the Mach-E. I am so sorry and did not mean to offend you in any way. I understand why you would want to share your sorry to the public and burry me in this review, but it is not who I am. If there is any way you could take me off or if there is something I can do to alleviate the aggravation you have with me please let me know as I would be happy to assist you.

I am sorry you were having a bad day, but it's generally bad form to take it out on other people. I am not sure what you mean by 'burry me' but I simply told my experiences and feelings on the matter. It would be dishonest of me to take part of my actual experience down. A big thing you could do is try to treat others better than you treated me and my friend, and Paul. When people under you have to apologize to customers on your behalf, it's generally not a good situation.
