Dave & Justin in the Service Department are great. My issue is that I feel that I am paying 25-35% more than I should for repair work. The dealership makes money on their parts, their fee for diagno My issue is that I feel that I am paying 25-35% more than I should for repair work. The dealership makes money on their parts, their fee for diagnostics, and on the mechanic's labor. The fact that they charge by the book rate instead of actual time is a ripoff to the customer. Going forward it has become clear to me that I should seek outside dealership repairs by non-affiliated, but qualified mechanics. Additionally, a Service rate of $199/hour is just insane. More
