Very disappointed in the lack of service received at this dealership. They showed little ability to diagnose vehicle for well known issue. Diagnosis felt random starting with replacing a key (was told aftermarket key was the issue) to being told the car still would not start and the issue was the rack and pinion. They showed very little knowledge or refused to identify steps needed to unlock the car's computer. After taking it to another shop I was informed that the computer in which Nissan was supposed to unlock was totally locked and never programmed. I will never use their services again nor will I use the services of corporate. They were rude and refused to hear concerns. The corporate call taker was only interested in regurgitating to me what the uninformed service dealership barely noted. This entire experience shows me that the dealership is not truthful in operating practices and will take you through unnecessary diagnosis to make money off of their clients. Fed up and done with Nissan. One less customer to worry about. Back to a brand that cares about their clients. Thanks for ruining what had been a great experience with Nissan. More
