I went to 7 different dealerships and at 6 of them no one came out to help me. Well, I lucked out because at the 7th dealership I met a man name Jim Smyly. Jim took not just 1 day but 2 different days to came out to help me. Well, I lucked out because at the 7th dealership I met a man name Jim Smyly. Jim took not just 1 day but 2 different days to help me decide on a car. I test drove new and used and with a little help from Jim, I drove off very satisfied with the choice I made. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. My experience with Jim and the dealership was wonderful. I will highly recommend both. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! Inquired about a Kia K5 online and was sent a payment calculator link from the internet sales manager from kia. After inputting all info and emailing the internet sales man online and was sent a payment calculator link from the internet sales manager from kia. After inputting all info and emailing the internet sales manager on 2 different occasions to verify these numbers were true and accurate, which i was told they were, i proceeded to the dealership. Upon arrival i test drove the car and then my salesman went to get the numbers. To my surprise when he returned back the numbers were $150 more than what I was being shown from their link they sent me and what the internet sales manager told me. I showed my salesman everything and he stated that his sales manager said the calculations are incorrect and is not working properly. This was all just a tool and a scam to get customers in the dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! More
