He took care of any issue I had with the car I intended to purchase (the tire inflation indicator on the dashboard indicated a low tire, so he took care of that immediately). He did not hurry me as I considered purchasing the vehicle and then worked efficiently to help me with the paperwork once I had made up my mind. I felt I received a fair and just trade-in amount for the used car I was trading on my Honda CR-V. All in all, I felt the purchase experience was high quality. More

I was warmly greeted by Jim Smyly who took great pleasure in showing me around the lot. Jim was kind and patient in getting to know me while I was looking at most of the inventory. He eventually led me to the car the filled my desires at my price point... no, it was actually below the price point I was shooting for. Needless to say, I had the car home that evening in part due to Jim's professional work and in even greater credit to the dealership's detailer, Amanda... she is a real behind the scenes star at Hagerstown KIA and makes every effort to be sure your car is ready for you to drive home all clean and polished.
