I took my car in for an alignment and it came out worse than when it went in they're trying to blame it on my tires I replaced it with new tires and my alignment was still way off turns out I needed upper than when it went in they're trying to blame it on my tires I replaced it with new tires and my alignment was still way off turns out I needed upper ball joints which they were supposed to do a full inspection of before they did the alignment but failed to do so therefore the alignment doesn't mean no good since I had the ball joints replaced and had to have the car realigned service manager is trying to tell me that he was there when the mechanic was aligning it and also the manager of the service department was there since when do they have all these people there to watch over mechanic is they align your car will not compromise with me kept telling me I do not know what I'm talking about I don't think he knows what he's talking about then when they offered me a ride home to begin with after I drop my car off for service I waited there 2 hours they said they had no Porter available I seen the same guy walking around for an hour and a half total on reliable will never bring my car back to Rizza GMC or any of their affiliates More
