Jim has been in the car business since 1994, and with Ide Honda since 2000. He has been married since 2002, he and his wife have two children. As you can imagine, young children keep him busy, but when he is not chasing after the kids, he loves working on cars. Jim is a complete fanatic of the automotive world and knows his cars! I got my first Honda in 1996 from Ide and have always had a great experience. I think the service department is great, but now has gone a little downhill because it's so hard to get in touch with anyone (the a great experience. I just bought my 4th Honda from them and the experience was not ideal. My sales person was a really nice guy, but I don't think he knew the vehicle he was selling me. He told me several things that just weren't correct. Knowing some of those things, I would not have bought the car to be honest. And, when I picked the car up, the A/C was not working and they had to replace the condenser. Did not give me a good feeling with a brand new vehicle. I don't see myself going back for a 5th Honda. More

I knew taking my car to the dealer would cost a lot and it did just over $1000 but the treatment I got there and the speed at which the car was fixed made the rest of the trauma almost painless. They gave me a ride home the first day (I had planned on waiting) and by the second day had the part in by morning and the car fixed by early afternoon. We had an amazing experience with Ide Honda, particularly thanks to Blake Gross. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with us. Buying a new vehicle is a big deal, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide through it all. As long as Blake is with Ide, we will only buy our vehicles there. The service department (Jim & Nick) has also been absolutely great. Best dealership around! We bought an Odyssey and love it. More

First let me begin by saying that the Service Technicians at Ide whether Jim Milella or most recently Amelia Horsford, are outstanding always helpful and pleasant.. They have nothing to do with pricing for services and with that I have an issue. I needed to have new shark fin antenna installed. I was quoted in excess of $1100.00 which included 6 hour of labor.. I said no way. When I responded to a survey with frown face I received a call saying they were just following Honda's "book" prices and said they would do it for half the labor. Still excess of $600. I told them I would get back to them I bought a genuine Honda part with shipping for $47 online.. A very automotive savvy friend installed it for me in less than an hour and commented that it was a very easy straight forward installation. Rich Ide, you smile and say you want to earn my business, explain that one to me. Not that way.....oh and I have purchased 4 cars from you in the past. More
