This is the worst dealership and car maker I have ever seen. They made me pay over $200 for a diagnostic and charge me $800 for another diagnostic and now trying to charge me over $8000 to fix my car, a N seen. They made me pay over $200 for a diagnostic and charge me $800 for another diagnostic and now trying to charge me over $8000 to fix my car, a Nissan rogue Platinum 2023 that I got from them a little over 2 years ago. The day I finished making my last payment, the car won’t start and now they want to charge me almost $10k to get it fixed. I would rather go buy a used Toyota rather than fixing it. The worst decision I have ever made is to get a brand new Nissan. I will never make that mistake again and will prevent anybody I know to buy a Nissan. And the crazy part their own employees don’t own a Nissan. Please don’t buy a Nissan you will regret it. More

I could not have had a better lease experience with Chapman. From my initial phone conversations with Brooke, to finalizing a deal with Warren- it was a great experience. Quick process, Tawny, Jim and even Brook were very helpful. I didn’t have to actually be there to pick out a new Rogue.
