Terrible customer service. I went in for an oil change and when my car was returned to me I started having issues with it in the day to follow. First the check engine light tur I went in for an oil change and when my car was returned to me I started having issues with it in the day to follow. First the check engine light turned on and they told me it was the fuel sealant but it would take up to 4 days for diagnostics and no they can’t give me a loaner vehicle. So basically if I can’t get to work it’s my problem. I had to take my car back and couldn’t get the issue fixed, then I get a message stating I “missed my appointment”. The day after this appointment my car started having issues with the tire pressure after they did the tire rotation. My car was absolutely fine prior to getting it serviced here. Now it has all these issues that can’t even be fixed right away because it’ll take FOUR days and they can’t provide a loaner vehicle. More

The dealership did a great job on our vehicle, we were very satisfied with the service and the time it took, the only thing that we weren’t satisfied with was the WIFI service in the waiting area, I know very satisfied with the service and the time it took, the only thing that we weren’t satisfied with was the WIFI service in the waiting area, I know that isn’t really important to you as a dealership but for us not being able to utilize our time while waiting was very frustrating. Everything we do now a days revolves around being able to use our phones!!! More
