From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine respect. The entire team that I worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. My salesperson, Phillip Milewski, (I worked with him on other purchases) was incredibly helpful; as if I was buying a car for the first time—patiently answering all my questions, walking me through my options, and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Jim and Philip, both truly went above and beyond to find a vehicle that matched my needs and budget. The buying process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Following a frustrating service experience my wife had, I left a review expressing our concerns. We were subsequently contacted by the General Manager, Jim Kostack. Jim showed genuine concern about our feedback, which meant a lot to us as long-time customers who have purchased several vehicles from BMW of Fort Washington. To his credit, Jim invited me in for a conversation, and we spent time discussing what happened. He was receptive to my concerns and took them seriously. Rather than dismissing the situation, Jim looked into the issue thoroughly, speaking directly with the staff involved. Jim exceeded my expectations by taking meaningful action to help ensure that similar situations don’t happen again—not just for us, but for future customers as well. Additionally, he refunded part of the payment for work that, while possibly recommended, was not necessary and may have been misrepresented. I want to sincerely thank Jim for stepping up, doing the right thing, and going the extra mile to make things right.
