The other day, I found myself in such a dilemma… Three Blown Out tires! Called the dealership three times and was sent to voicemail each time to leave a message for a return call… This was not an option Blown Out tires! My call was picked up by MOJGAN RIAHI FARD. She recognized the despair in my voice, and assured me she would get me help. She took it upon herself to go beyond her duties to personally connect me with service advisor Alden Miller. He gave me an appointment and made me whole in a timely manner. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I was able to meet and thank MOJGAN RIAHI FARD personally, for graciously helping me in my time of need.
