Turns out that was EXACTLY what we were looking for. He even sent a video giving us a great view of the car and features. My wife took our car in just to get it appraised and ended up leaving with a new car! This was our 3rd dealership we visited and although we had some hurdles to get through, the team was able to get us in exactly what we wanted. Everyone was courteous and helpful to my wife as she had two little ones in tow on her visit. What a positive experience! Initially, I went to check the Iease option on the CRV model. But I ended up buying a 2025 CRV-Hybrid. I worked with Mekenna and Adrian during the process. They were was so friendly and patient as they an model. But I ended up buying a 2025 CRV-Hybrid. I worked with Mekenna and Adrian during the process. They were was so friendly and patient as they answered all my questions. Shaun went out of the way to check a shuttle service could pick me up from the car rental office, back to the dealership. Adrian made sure I was comfortable at the dealership during the purchase process. I would highly recommend Mekenna and Adrian to anyone who is visiting the dealership. More
