Had my Duramx 2500HD serviced about 1000 miles ago. I noticed an oil puddle where I park my truck. Carried truck back to be checked for oil leaks after 22,000 miles on the truck. They said the oil filter seal was leaking; this should have been checked before the truck was put back into service; this could have cost the dealership a few dollars to replace the Duramax diesel engine.
