I’ve been searching on the internet for at least 3 months for a car for my wife and finally found the car she has been wanting. Within 15-20 minutes of indicating my interest in the vehicle, Jim had contacted me. He was polite, professional, responsive and did everything he said he would do. He answered every question or concern I had. After a couple phone calls back and forth, we had a deal made over the phone within less than 2 hours. My wife and I flew to Tampa from Raleigh, NC, the next day and Jim had an Uber waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us. Once our test drive was done we completed our paperwork and were on our way in our newly purchased vehicle. We literally spent less than 1 hour in the dealership, and half that time was spent in cordial conversation with Jim and Chance. My wife has said she wishes Ferman Chevrolet, Jim, Chance and their crew were here in Raleigh, because she would send everyone to them!! If you’re looking for a car and Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs has it, go talk to Jim Allison and Chance Hatcher and they’ll get ya squared away! Well done gentlemen and thank you! More
