Upon walking into the dealership, we were greeted with smiles from everybody that was on the floor working. Pristine and Clean, and everybody was hard at work, so early on a Tuesday morning! I have never experienced a sales manager that way before. Jim took his time explainingall the details about the vehicle on paper and also in the car explaining all the functions. I felt safe and secure when driving off of the property, knowing more about my vehicle than when I walked in the door. Jim was attentive, assertive, and you can tell that he really has a passion for his work and his job. Extremely thorough with all the paperwork and making sure that I understood everything. He did not cut corners, and went above and beyond. He made sure to set up my OnStar and SiriusXM and made sure that the vehicle was detailed, fresh and clean for me to have. Todd, Jim, and Robert made the whole process a seamless transition and made me feel comfortable. What a great team to work with.
