Took my car to get regular maintenance (tires rotated/oil change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got change), and also to get a state inspection. To which I was immediately denied on the state inspection due to my tint on my windows. Which when I got the tint installed I got the legal limit 35% so they should have been fine, but when they told me the tint was no good I was shocked. But they never told me what the actual percentage was, and they were not nice as to how they told me my cars tint was bad. I later took my car to a reputable dealer to get and state inspection to which they measured my tint and got 36% on all windows, 1% above the legal limit in the state of WV. And even washed my car. I currently work the night shift at my job so I wasn’t able unable to pick up my car, so I had to sent my mother to pick the car up. When she picked the car up she was yelled at and talked down to by the service manager. This is NOT ok behavior and frankly I don’t want to go back or send my mother to pick up my car anymore. More

Jillian has always taken great care of me and gave me excellent customer service. I do however find it to be a money maker to charge 3% on credit card sales when the cost of goods and services have a excellent customer service. I do however find it to be a money maker to charge 3% on credit card sales when the cost of goods and services have always reflected thst increase. Since COVID companies love to charge an additional 3% on credit card sales basically earning 6% from their customers. Furthermore the more credit sales a xxxx ah has the lower that percentage the credit companies charge. The wheel alignment is a rip off because of the customer does not drove straight forward it shows the car out of alignment. My car showed I needed and alignment one visit the the last two it was perfect alignment because I made sure not to turn the wheel when crossing the machine. Service is great but have to monitor to make sure the dealership isn’t trying to rip you off with over sales and charges More

Jillian was so helpful and reassuring. She is very knowledgeable and I was thankful for her expertise. I enjoyed friendly conversation with her too as we seemed to have a lot in common.
