Sold my 2017 740 to this dealer about 3 weeks ago. Process took about 20”. However a week later and continuing even today, dealer has sent me several corrected sets of paperwork for signature. Seve Process took about 20”. However a week later and continuing even today, dealer has sent me several corrected sets of paperwork for signature. Several rewritten Powers of Attorney and Odometer statements. It’s as if they’ve never bought a used car before, I’ve been a loyal and happy customer at this dealer for over 20 yrs, both sales and service. The paperwork issue delayed payment of proceeds, though management resolved that issue reasonably quickly, about 9 days post sale. But the requests for corrections in paperwork continues. More

Jae Lim was our salesman, and he was phenomenal! We have been looking for a car for quite some time, and have spoken to many sales people, and we just love Jae!
