Everyone is very friendly at this dealership. I had called in prior to coming to visit. He kept working with his manager to get the deal to be agreeable to our terms. The usual add-ons (theft deterrent) and finance pressure for more add-ons, but this isn't my first time at a car dealership. We paid for what we wanted, unable to make the trade-in work, but so goes it. Overall I'm very pleased with my time at Niello and would happily return. More
