Didn't seem interested in solving my problem with my navigation system or even trying to truly diagnose it, just called Honda and said it was my phone's fault. I then spent 20 minutes myself on the phon navigation system or even trying to truly diagnose it, just called Honda and said it was my phone's fault. Schedule appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation , the Service Rep was Great. I had questions for him that he answered easy so that we were on the same page. Service was completely with 1 h rotation , the Service Rep was Great. I had questions for him that he answered easy so that we were on the same page. Be aware of being overcharged! !! Charged me over 600 dollars to have a gasket on the transmission pan replaced after being charged separately for the diagnostic . Seriously? Don't !!
