We were immediately put at ease by his knowledge of their products and his ability to match with our needs. We eventually purchased a Tundra. This was my first time to ever sit in the driver's seat of a Toyota, and I was immediately impressed by everything I experienced from that point on. We left the dealership to compare it with a similar sized truck, and soon realized their was no comparison. We quickly returned and purchased the Tundra.
