I was never told my cat would take more then a day to repair after 5 days they finally offered me a loaner and said it may be done that day later on then no one even called me all week ...I am glad they repair after 5 days they finally offered me a loaner and said it may be done that day later on then no one even called me all week ...I am glad they fixed my issue but communication could have been way better...Kari was out so I got passed around to 2 other service people that didn't really know what was going on ....could have been a very diff experience with better communication. More
