I admit, however, to being a little annoyed that the Dealership is now having the Customer absorb the processing fee for using a credit card for Service Department charges. I think that Smythe could absorb that fee as a 'good faith' cost of doing business. Just an annoyance, it won't keep me from returning for service or sales.
