Not a great feeling The reason I gave the score that I did is due the service my C250 got and the outcome. First let me say Jesse was very nice and helpful. However, I to The reason I gave the score that I did is due the service my C250 got and the outcome. First let me say Jesse was very nice and helpful. However, I took my car in on Nov 15th explaining the noise and vibration I was feeling from the gas pedal. I was informed after 3 days of my car being in the shop that the noise I'm hearing is the rear wheel bearings and that they need to be replaced. So I'm given a quote for 1755.21. Mind you I bought $4000 worth of Extended warranty. Based on what the warranty company told me my warranty does cover wheel bearings and that either Jesse or whoever in your service department didn't explain to them in correct verbage of what exactly needed fixed. AS well I was told that the rear differential was drained and cleaned out. That this was going out and needed to be replaced. And that YOUR dealership has no way of fixing this, that AAMCO would be the ones that need to fix this. So after having no car for over a week, and yes Jesse was nice enough to find me a loaner, I'm told the car is fixed and that I can come pick it up. SO you guys take the payment from my debit card. After driving the car for a day or two I notice that the car is still driving rough and that the vibration is back. Not having the money to have it looked at again and being out of work for two months with a broken arm I continue to drive it. Within a week and a half later from picking it up from you, the car almost stalls on me driving. The grinding noise from the front of the car is awful and so load. Take the car home, park it and call the extended warranty to come pick it up and to take it to AAMCO like I was advised but also told that the car is fixed and shouldn't have anymore problems that it was driven after bearing replaced. After not having my car for over two xxxxing weeks, out of work and having to borrow money for Uber, I'm told by AAMCO that the rear differential is not going out and that the rear wheel bearing was from what they can see not the problem. The front Hub bearing on the right passenger side it going out and that it needs to be replaced. I'm also informed that when YOUR dealership took my car apart and fixed or should I say Tried to fix the bearing, You screwed up a plate of sort and they had to grind down but still needs to be fixed. That I could drive the car 3 weeks or 8 months but at some point it needs fixed and will give me problems down the road. That's another 1500 right there. I really feel that you took advantage but graciously gave ne the middle finger and a big xxxx You all because I didn't buy the car from there and you had no previous service records on the car. I have every intention to go on Yelp to right a review and I've already complained to the 800 customer service number for Mercedes to file a complaint. I really feel you need to make this right and correct the issue, If not I will slander the xxxx out of you as a dealership on every social media outlet there is. More

Warranty work They took care of the problem the first time. They always have a loaner ready for us. And the car is always washed and clean when we pick it up.
