Great communication from the sales rep (Jesse), I purchased remotely from out of state and he was able to ensure an effective delivery and sale. I would love to give them a 1 of 5 because of ONE a purchased remotely from out of state and he was able to ensure an effective delivery and sale. I would love to give them a 1 of 5 because of ONE absurd restriction on there part that cost me an insane amount of time and stress. They would not share the bank wiring information with me instead insisting they had to give to the bank. I use two large world wide banks and both would not except this info from a 3rd party and said they had never heard of a car dealership requiring this. Very long story short it resulted in 30+ phone calls trying to figure out a creative solution and for a 4 hr window me having $65k lost and unaccounted for. All this trouble because they couldnt provide routing info/accnt to me directly even though the bank was just going to give it to me any way. I was 5 minutes away from walking away from the sale because of this after 4 days of xxxx in the middle of trying to still do my job and figure out how to give people my money. Outside of the above everything was a great experience but zero excuse for such a stupid restriction. I talked to 3 different high level banking officals and all said they had never heard of anyone not sharing that info and it was against their policy to take since I am the one that is initating the transfer and have to feel confident in the info I put in myself. Very sad.... But car appears to be as shown remotely to me and a fair price and good sales support from Jesse and office support from Germaine (sp). More
