The service was prompt and seemingly well done. However, when I booked my appointment they offered a complementary car wash. When my car was returned, it was covered in what looks like tree/flower However, when I booked my appointment they offered a complementary car wash. When my car was returned, it was covered in what looks like tree/flower pollen, the floor mats were also dirty and they didn't bother to remove the plastic seat cover they put on. Additionally, they forgot to reset the service reminder so it keeps telling me I need service. More

I took the car in to have summer tires installed. I was charged for a 43 point inspection that I did not authorize. The cost was more than $500 and the car only has 16,000 miles. They actually drive from Littleton all the way to Westminster to pick up my car for service and then deliver it back to me when it's ready. This level of convenience eliminates all the usual hassles of car maintenance, no more arranging rides or sitting in waiting rooms. But they don't stop there. Every single time my car comes back from service, it's been thoroughly washed and vacuumed, looking better than when I dropped it off. These thoughtful touches show they truly care about the complete customer experience, not just fixing what's broken. This dealership has completely transformed how I think about car service. They've taken what used to be a stressful, time consuming chore and made it effortless.
