I started in the automotive business two week out of high school working for Harry Hill Imports in my hometown of West Covina ,CA. I was a lot porter washing Fiats and Volkswagen beetles. when I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, He asked if I could read, write and follow instructions I said Yes, here I am since 1982 doing what I love Most. I was taught to treat customer's like family and always put yourself in the customers shoes. By doing that it has made me who I am today, I came from a family that had Boats, Fancy cars, Harley Davidson motor cycles known as Choppers, growing up as a kid I knew someday I would be in the car business. I've tried several different careers and I find myself always returning to cars and trucks

We have been with Missionn Viejo Innfiniti (MVI) for approx: 18 years & 6 leased vehicles, MVI is avsolutely the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Jerry Pagliassotti has been our Service Consul approx: 18 years & 6 leased vehicles, MVI is avsolutely the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Jerry Pagliassotti has been our Service Consultant since beiing there. He is awesome to deal with. He has not only helped with all our service needs, and recalls, when necessary, but has helped with selection of our vchicles when we need to obtain a new vehicle. Jerry, and Patrick Yamada, Fleet Manager, have made us feel a oart of the MVI Family.. We apreciate the professional attirude of everyone there, and unconditionally recommmend them fo our friends and family over the years. our lease was up on our 2019 QX50 August 2022. We could not lease a new Infiniti due to car shortages, and we purchsed our vchicle, and purchased a 5 yeasr warrenty with Infiniti. We will still be dealing wiih Serviice at MVI going forward. I brought my own oil and my own filter and I was still charged $50 for labor which I think is ridiculous especially when six months ago I only paid $30 for labor how does it go up $20 within six months. I have been bringing my QX60 in for service for 5 years. Always appreciated the service and value. Last visit service remained good but value had changed. Pricing was far more than I had ever paid, Rea Always appreciated the service and value. Last visit service remained good but value had changed. Pricing was far more than I had ever paid, Reason given was inflation. I declined service and checked pricing at local Big O Tires. For tires and brakes I saved $600 by buying at Big O. More
