The reason I have purchased my cars from them is simple, the excellent care I have received from Jerry Pagliassotti in their service department. He is consistently mindful of the service needs for each car and is knowledgeable to the point that he is able to advise me of issues specific to the model(s) that are either current or potential. Additionally, I feel like I can call him directly with questions and receive an honest assessment and advice, even if I cannot get into the dealership right away. He is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with. I can't imagine going elsewhere even though I have the option of another much closer dealership. More
