But after I bought it, I got a weird phone call from someone who said they were from Norm Reeves Mazda, and they had the financial institution on the phone with them, and there was something about my owing a balance on my trade-in. I told them they shouldn’t be calling me about that without already knowing the answer and that it alarmed me that they were calling. When I called the dealership I left message after message after message to find out xxx. This phone call was about and never heard back. So that’s why Lance only gets three stars and the dealership only gets four stars. The car is fine.

Says a lot that it takes a bad review to get your attention. No, I will not call Trenton Boe, but he can call me when he figures out xxx was going on with that call. If you ALWAYS want customers to have clarity then why does one of your voicemail boxes say "This is 18104" with no name attached? If you ALWAYS want customers to have clarity then why why why have you not returned my multiple phone messages and let me hang for days not having any clarity? If you ALWAYS want customers to have clarity then why does it take this method of communication to get it? I use the phone. I guess that's old school but I'm old school so I use the telephone. I left messages. It's fouled up enough the time you have to spend on all the paperwork for then to receive a call that suggests someone doesn't have their p's and q's in order, and with someone else on the phone with her - from the financial institution; it felt threatening! Yes, I'd like clarity but I'm not going to contact Mr. Boe. He can contact me.
Nice purchase experience at this dealership.
