Inspection and The Works I did the drop off before they opened. Left the car for the day. Jerry called me and let me know the car was fine, no problems and finished and rea I did the drop off before they opened. Left the car for the day. Recall work with a couple of hiccups I brought my F-150 in for a recall to how’ve EGR valve replaced. The technician identified a small oil leak coming from the sealing surface of the oil I brought my F-150 in for a recall to how’ve EGR valve replaced. The technician identified a small oil leak coming from the sealing surface of the oil pan, so the service writer contacted me to request permission to fix the leak. About an hour after picking my truck up I identified that my truck had a coolant leak due to a punctured radiator hose and a 4” scratch in the front bumper, so I contacted the service writer to notify them that I was bringing my truck back immediately. The service writer was very helpful in resolving the issues and arranged for me to keep the courtesy vehicle until my truck was fixed, which took approximately a week due to having to order parts. All issues were properly addressed the second time I picked up my truck. Obviously having to bring your vehicle back a second time is never desirable which is why I rated the quality of work as average, but I give Jerry credit for promptly addressing the problems and he did a great job of keeping my up to date on the status of my repairs with daily updates and ensuring all issues were resolved. More
