It’s incredibly disappointing that after purchasing a $95,000 vehicle from your dealership, I've had to deal with such poor service. It's been six months, and not only do I still not have a clear explanation about where my prepaid maintenance package money is, but I've also been met with silence after raising my concerns. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a high-ticket purchase like this. It’s beyond frustrating to see a dealership of your reputation treat its customers with such disregard. How can you offer these products when you can’t even provide basic transparency or track your transactions properly? This experience has severely damaged my trust in your dealership. More
