Everything was delivered as promised by word of mouth, the way it should be! I lived up to my end of the deal, and the dealer did as well. Much better than other dealers that we visited......Would recommend dealer, even if you have to travel a little as we did! More

i WAS VERY Satisfied with Jerome, he was through, friendly accomadating. He knew his stuff and if unsure of an answer to an unusual question went out of his way to find out. He was patient and understanding of the plight of myself. I didn't expect the car I had very recently been fixed on 2 very close occasions to the tune of $4200 to have another 1550 plus issue. I must have a car, was not expecting to have to purchase on asap which turned out to be the case. Jerome was understanding and helped guide me through the difficult day. I am very pleased to have dealt with him and would recommend him to others and consult with him again if and when deamed necessary. More

Jerome is a great person to work with at this dealership. My husband went in to look at a new Jeep and Jerome was the only person to look up at him and greet him when he walked in. A few days later I went My husband went in to look at a new Jeep and Jerome was the only person to look up at him and greet him when he walked in. A few days later I went with my husband to sit down and talk to Jerome about purchasing the wrangler my husband had picked out. Jerome made sure that we got to see and drive all of the possible vehicles before we made a final decision. We felt very comfortable with Jerome, in fact, because of how knowledgable and informative he was, both about the cars and about the financing options, we ended up purchasing 2 new cars that day!! My husband picked out a 2013 wrangler and I picked out a 2013 compass. I would definitely return to this dealership again and have already told family, friends and acquaintances to ask for Jerome if they go there because of his outstanding customer service. Great experience! We also appreciate all of the work Chris put into aquiring our loans from a local bank. I would recommend Jerome Rucker to be your salesman. He is by the far, out of all the businessmen I've met, the most honest, charming, kind, and is more than willing to work with me for my specific needs a is by the far, out of all the businessmen I've met, the most honest, charming, kind, and is more than willing to work with me for my specific needs as a single mother of a young toddler. I needed a safe, family-friendly vehicle and he found me the perfect one that my daughter and I love. Everyday, she beg to ride in the jeep. I have never met anyone who understood what I needed and looked for in a vehicle as well as Jerome. One of many aspects I admire about his skills as a businessman, is that when an issue arise, he is quick to contact me or my co-payer about the issue to have it resolve.
