Service manger and the mechanics are absolutely unprofessional and cannot. Cannot even change oil!! Went to pickup my truck after the oil change and found my oil cap reservoir in the parking lot. F unprofessional and cannot. Cannot even change oil!! Went to pickup my truck after the oil change and found my oil cap reservoir in the parking lot. Found my lug nut key on my running boards. Checked under the hood and oil had blown every where on top of my engine. They ladies up front gave me my money back but I had to be aggressive to get that. The service manger got mad at me because I called them all incompetent and he couldn’t handle me being upset about. I haven’t heard a word from the dealership since. Everyone I know as heard about though. It takes months to gain a customer, minutes to lose one. More

To start I had a 9am appointment, it was 10am before they took my car back to the shop. 30 minutes later they came back and told me they they had no clue why the Vehicle changing light came on but it MAY fix took my car back to the shop. 30 minutes later they came back and told me they they had no clue why the Vehicle changing light came on but it MAY fix the problem if I would put a new 1200$ alternator and labor on. Then charged me 170$ for telling me they had no clue. So under stand I have bought my last 2 Vehicles from Jones Chevrolet and that will be my last trip on your on your lots. More
