So they warranty.. I took my truck in for some warranty work and was given a quote of over $4000 to fix some LED lights not working in my headlights. So they did not sell me a bumper to bumper warranty…. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership they sold me a lie…. Please watch what they say and sell you the only reason I gave them a 1 star is I couldn’t give a lower rating More

We took a picture of the warning and immediately contacted the dealership. They said the earliest they could get us in was April 4th. We brought it on the scheduled date and they said they couldn't determine the problem and asked us to bring it back in Wednesday, April 9th and said we could pick it up on April 11th. We asked for a loaner vehicle for the vehicle was in their shop, as we live an hour away, and my husband needed our other vehicle for work. A vehicle we had purchased from them as well. They refused to give us another vehicle. Thursday, April 10th, my husband called me to let me know he was broke down on the side of the road. The 1st vehicle we purchased from them and still has under 100k miles, has failed and left him stranded. We called the dealership and explained everything to the Sales Manager, Jimmy Clay, to which they responded "that's what happens when you buy a used a car. It's the risk you take". They also stated our Suburban needs 2 new shocks on the front, and an engine mount. Also stated that it would cost us $3400 to fix that. On a vehicle we LITERALLY just purchased! We called back and asked to speak to Andrew Pate, the General Manager, who was coincidentally unavailable and has not returned our call. This is crazy. We thought we were buying from a reputable dealership and could trust that our hard earned money was being used for a safe, reliable, vehicle for our family of 5. Turns out we were scammed and conned. Stay away! More
