It would have been 5 starts if I didn't have to wait 3 days for a return call to give me the price on the oil change and to discuss which oil we wanted to use. Recent service was great BUT very unhappy that I have been waiting over a year for parts to fix my windshield trim We have had several appointments. From day one, my experiences with Rex have been excellent! He’s an amazing service manager who really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what and why things need to be done. Jeremy got m excellent! He’s an amazing service manager who really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what and why things need to be done.
