Normal new vehicle “first time warranty maintenance” visit. Asked if someone could check a blemish on the front of the hood that has been there since I accepted the vehicle at purchase, assumed I could visit. Asked if someone could check a blemish on the front of the hood that has been there since I accepted the vehicle at purchase, assumed I could wait and ask when my first schedule came up. when told vehicle was ready, I was told I had to get permission from sales for service to look at it. REALLY!!!!!! Did not get permission from Michelin before service rotated my tires nor did I get permission from the oil company before service changed my oil. A simple look from a paint or body man would have told me what to do without damaging the paint. I did not ask for a new hood or paint job. It is a great little vehicle. More
