We had an ongoing alarm issue with our car. After multiple visits and leaving our car there for over a week, it still wasn't fixed. We were told the issue "never happened" while sitting in the lot for over a week, yet it couldn't sit at home for more than an hour without alarming. The service department told me they didn't want to just throw parts at it and waste our money, which I appreciated; but for how long things dragged on it also seemed like they weren't motivated to find the issue either. The "We Care" dept did send a mobile tech out to reset the codes which was very helpful, and I was told to call if/when it alarmed again. I did so and was told they would be calling me "early next week" to get a loaner vehicle to us so they could keep it longer. I waited almost a week beyond what I was told before finally calling. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes before being transferred to voicemail with no warning. I never did receive a call back. We ended up taking the car to a different dealership not owned by David Scott Lee, and the issue was diagnosed in a matter of hours. We did not have to pay for parts ahead of time, and the repair was cheaper than it would have been here. We had our vehicle back in 2 days and have not had an issue since. David Scott Lee dealership has lost all of our future business. More

I’m totally impressed with Caleb Napier’s drive to make sure his customers are satisfied. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had any salesman work as hard as Caleb did to make sure sure his customers are satisfied. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had any salesman work as hard as Caleb did to make sure things went right. There were a few issues with the truck we chose that the detail department failed to initially address. Caleb kept on them until they got it right. He has checked with me twice since the sale to make sure everything is good and that I am happy with the truck. He was highly knowledgeable of the inventory and features available. He has sold vehicles to two of my neighbors also and they have been very impressed with his service. I highly recommend David Scott Lee GMC and most especially Caleb Napier! More
