I went to this dealership looking for a 2024 Audi A4. I was actually anticipating going to Audi of North Miami however this dealership had a car and they were willing to work with me on the price. Upon being there, I spoke with the salesman Kerry Barnett over the phone. He was waiting for my arrival. Upon arrival, a different salesperson greeted me immediately as I got out of the car and gave me directions to where Kari was located. I explained to him my situation that I noticed that a car similar characteristics was at Audi of North Miami, and if you could help me with the price of the car, it would be greatly appreciated. A gentleman by the name of Jeremiah Gaetkens which also assisted me in getting the right pricing and settling the deal. All in all the atmosphere professionalism and attention to detail at this dealership was outstanding. I’ve only been here once before, and that was for a service situation with the previous Subaru, and even then they went above and beyond to help me out. Akbar Rashid assisted in the delivery and also information on Service and hospitality of the location which made this experience even better. I will definitely refer and also go back for anything in which that dealership can help me with. More
