This dealership has been one of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced. I have left google reviews and received calls back about an issue that I have been complaining about on multiple occasions. I have ever experienced. The heating issue was fixed however, the gurgling noises still exist. I was told that I can schedule another appointment however on the appointment email, it showed that $199.99 was due for the diagnosis. How, I would never understand when I had picked the car up 2 days prior. The gurgling noises and the shaking issue still exist. My car’s check engine light doesn’t come on when a problem exist and there’s clearly something wrong with that also. I have purchased my car from this lot brand new and the service team seems as though they are not looking into this matter until the car breaks down. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.
