I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. However, when I showed up on the appointment date, the dealership had not ordered the parts needed. This seemed like poor communication and poor prep However, when I showed up on the appointment date, the dealership had not ordered the parts needed. This seemed like poor communication and poor preparation. If the parts were not ordered, I could have been notified in advance to reschedule. It's frustrating to only learn this after I showed up. Thus, I could not get the service at that time. More
