I called several times finally got through to a service person who said she doesn’t handle my car but would leave a sticky note on the persons computer and I would get a call the next day which I did not. person who said she doesn’t handle my car but would leave a sticky note on the persons computer and I would get a call the next day which I did not. I caked several times and left a message. I finally called and spoke to the operator and she said I see them so I’ll transfer you over and no one answered. It took over a week for me to get someone to pick up the phone. Once I made contact it went pretty smoothly. I even tried calling sales department and as I thought someone picked up right away. So my issues were getting in touch with someone and getting a call back. More
