I had my truck towed there on a Sunday. I called them first thing Monday to let them know why it was there and the woman that answered seemed annoyed to have to talk to me. I texted the number they contacted me on towards the end of the day and was told they are short staffed and will squeeze it in when they can. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to reach out again and got no response. I called on Thursday since the texting was getting nowhere and spoke with Jen I believe, she was great and kept me up to date on everything. I understand places are short staffed but when someone has an issue when out of town I feel like the least you can do is keep them up to date. More
