I can not say enough about how wonderful the service dept. is at Shottenkirk Honda of Davis. I have known Jennifer in service for over 20 years! Everyone in service is kind, respectful, explains thing dept. is at Shottenkirk Honda of Davis. I have known Jennifer in service for over 20 years! Everyone in service is kind, respectful, explains things well and they always do fantastic work. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, they have a gourmet coffee machine and bottled water for customers, and they commuincate clearly about how much repairs will cost, options, how long the repair will take and whether or not you want to be shuttled home or wait in the waiting area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shottenkirk Honda of Davis and keep up the good work!!! More

Great follow up with this service dept. I had an issue with a very slight vibration at freeway speed. Tom and the rest of the team did not give up on the problem even though the purchase wa I had an issue with a very slight vibration at freeway speed. Tom and the rest of the team did not give up on the problem even though the purchase was complete. It shows the dedication to the customer as well as the desire to nurture a lasting relationship.
