I've only been in NH for 3 years and Have always taken my Crosstrek to Granite but this time they went above and beyond! I thought I had a flat tire and tried twice to put air in it but with no luck. I my Crosstrek to Granite but this time they went above and beyond! I thought I had a flat tire and tried twice to put air in it but with no luck. I was afraid to drive home on it so of course I went to Granite. They removed my tire and checked it many times. Found nothing wrong put air in all my tires and charged me nothing. Way to Go Granite!!!! Your service Rocks!!! More

I love Granite Subaru's service department. They are very helpful and informative when I have questions regarding my Outback's service. The drivers who drop off and pick up my car for service always are cour helpful and informative when I have questions regarding my Outback's service. The drivers who drop off and pick up my car for service always are courteous and follow my request to call upon arrival since I don't always hear the doorbell due to my working area being remote from the room where the bell lives. Excellent service center! Everyone was kind and courteous, and kept me informed on my car's status as well as informed me of any upcoming maintenance I would need to be aware of. Waiting room was a courteous, and kept me informed on my car's status as well as informed me of any upcoming maintenance I would need to be aware of. Waiting room was also stocked with coffee and a great place to work while I waited! More
