If I could give 0 stars for my experience with this service I would. Very disapointed, regardless my waranty I am not going back to this place again. Comunication from this service is awfull, waited 2 entire days for the call or text if my car was done or not, called numerous times and still no answer until I showed up there in person, and all I got was big “ Im sorry”. Paid for the service that was suposably done to discover that problem was not even fixed. Definetly my last time at this service. More

The dealership was very transparent and responsive which is typically hard to find. We have purchased a few cars from Ira and we have never left disappointed or upset. Jenelle was fantastic! It was a long road between commuting my car and finally seeing it arrive at the dealership but Jenelle was responsive and helpful through it all.
