The dealership was very transparent and responsive which is typically hard to find. We have purchased a few cars from Ira and we have never left disappointed or upset. Jenelle was fantastic! It was a long road between commuting my car and finally seeing it arrive at the dealership but Jenelle was responsive and helpful through it all. She always responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me apprised of any new status updates as they became known. When the car finally arrived she was nice, patient and transparent with any information and questions I had. She made the entire car buying process fun and enjoyable. She also continued to be available to me after purchasing the car with any questions I had regarding the cars many functions or any questions I had regarding my purchase agreement. From start to finish she was great and I highly recommend her patience and expertise to anyone looking for a new car! More

Jenelle was great as our salesperson- she was helpful and kind. Things were done relatively promptly and efficiently. I recently used the TOYOTA website to build a truck to my specifications and requested a quote through the site to a local dealership. In the section labeled "Instructions for the dealership," I clearly stat specifications and requested a quote through the site to a local dealership. In the section labeled "Instructions for the dealership," I clearly stated: "Please do not call or text me about other trucks at your dealership. I only need a quote for the truck I built." However, five days later, I've already received four phone calls, six text messages (even after opting out multiple times and asking them to stop calling), and four emails, all of which without any quote provided. This level of follow-up, despite my clear instructions, is not only frustrating but also counterproductive. Instead of being helpful, these persistent communications have pushed me further away from becoming a customer. It's time for dealerships to reassess their approach to contacting potential customers. Most people prefer not to be overwhelmed with unsolicited calls and messages. Respecting customer preferences and focusing on providing the requested information could greatly improve your customer service and overall business model. More

Janelle was beyond knowledgeable and patient with us. She knew the ins and outs of every car Toyota has to offer and was so easy to work with. We never once felt pressured or rushed throughout the entire She knew the ins and outs of every car Toyota has to offer and was so easy to work with. We never once felt pressured or rushed throughout the entire process. We ended up putting our names on a waiting list which took almost six months, however Janelle was constantly checking in with us, keeping us updated on vehicles that were coming in to see if we wanted those models, and keeping us updated on the vehicle we were waiting on. She is hands down the best employee at Toyota in Manchester and we will 100% go back to her anytime we are in the market for a new vehicle! More
