A pressure free experience as I test drove the car I wanted and figured out the financing with Jeff. I could not ask for a better sales person than Jeff, the numerous awards in his office were clearly earned. Incredibly friendly, relaxed, and professional. It was clear his intentions were to make sure that I had left satisfied with the service and I certainly did. The manager was kind enough to ensure with me that I chose to wave the waiting period on the contract and that I wanted to commit day of. As I stated a pressure-less environment. To put the service over the top, the car came with new brakes, tires, oil change, and even a full tank of gas! They gave my wife a t-shirt I was on my way, leaving quite happily in my new car. More

But I read the reviews on Bayside VW and they were spot on. Excellent customer service and our sales person Jeff really worked with us on agreeing to a price we were satisfied with. And Silvano was great going over the car features and finishing up our paperwork in Jeff’s absence. Only knock is the showroom is small, but that’s to be expected in Queens - lack of real estate. More

My salesman, Jeffrey Schull, was super nice and really upfront. He took the time to explain everything, and had patience with me even when I asked him to explain something again. We bargained minimally (it's so unpleasant, isn't it?), and when we shook on a deal, he took care of really all the paperwork -- except the stuff I had to do (credit check, etc.). When my car, a stunning midnight blue Passat, was delivered, he spent a good deal of time with me in the car explaining all the gadgets, everything from how to spot the side mirrors' system of warning me not to change lanes when another car was too close, to how to work AppleCar. Nice job, Jeff. Thanks to Angelo Alexiadis (you'll know him by his blue eyes) and Leo Ohayon, too. Sally Morello also helped arrange an interview w/ Jeff. I will be back, as I have for the past 12 years or so. More

Thank you Bayside VW! I can say that I am a Volkswagen fanatic and often visit this dealership just to look at the new models that just came out. But the last visit is diff I can say that I am a Volkswagen fanatic and often visit this dealership just to look at the new models that just came out. But the last visit is different because I was getting one. I knew what I wanted but Jeff Schull made it easy for me and Leo Ohayon made it easier. Jeff had made me feel at home there, Angelo expedited the transition and Leo gave me a deal that was hard to refuse. I traded my old VW Cabrio and motorcycle. Leo even picked up the motorcycle from my house, which in turn he had to do some McGyver moves with the battery. Now I have my new Tiguan and my family loves it. They even gave my daughter a VW baseball cap and a VW t-shirt for my wife. Thank you Jeff, Leo and to the Bayside Volkswagen team. -Chris More
