My experience was amazing. Mical came and volunteered to help me. He was so helpful and took his time to explain everything out. I received a pre-qualified offer from GMAC which coincided with a need for a vehicle to replace one of my older vehicles. So, I began my search online for a vehicle. I was promptly contacted by Walt coincided with a need for a vehicle to replace one of my older vehicles. So, I began my search online for a vehicle. I was promptly contacted by Walt Massey with notification of their intention to assist me with matching my interest and needs with their inventory, assigning a sales rep to facilitate my journey. Shortly, Jeff contacted me to introduce himself and offer any help he could. When we found our vehicle, arrangements were made to have the vehicle delivered from another dealerahip to arrive the same day. We went in, test drove, and easily and efficiently completed the sale withoit any hassle that day. The finance manager even stayed over closing time to guarantee we able to drive our car off the lot that day. At no time did i ever feel even the least amount of pressure, which i greatly appreciate. I have walked out of sales many times before from unnecessary high-pressure sales staff. Jeff kept in contact before the sale,upon arriving to make purchase, and continuea to check in on our satisfaction with our new vehicle. The whole experience has been akin to buying from a close friend or family member! More
