Exceptional service For about a while now I have wanted to purchase a Cadillac SUV and went to different dealerships for a year but was not completely satisfied with the For about a while now I have wanted to purchase a Cadillac SUV and went to different dealerships for a year but was not completely satisfied with the service received. I decided to contact Gary Lang and was emailing back and forth until I decided to come in for a test drive. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Jeff Vicari. We went straight to the SUVs and went on a test drive. Loved the car but was not in love with the color. Since Jeff had been a very honest, straight forward and not pushy type sales person I told him my intention of going to see another dealership to look at the color I wanted but Gary Lang didn't have. As soon as I saw it I knew that was the one, so I contacted Jeff and Andrew so that they would transport the one I wanted and buy it from Jeff as I promised. Unfortunately I was not able to get the one I saw due to unexpected circumstances from the other dealership, but Jeff pulled some strings and got me a better SUV with way more features than the previous one and was able to negotiate a reasonable price. The vehicle arrived almost at closing hour and yet Jeff called me to come over and test drive it, he really wanted to make sure I was in love with the vehicle before we moved on with the purchase. What can i say, Jeff, Calvin, and Andrew did everything possible to make me happy about my purchase and ensure that I received not only what I wanted but something better!. It's only been a week, but I already love my Cadillac. More

Jeff stayed in touch during a waiting period I needed. They gave me discounts wherever they could and found a bank for the loan and at a discounted percentage rate. After purchasing the van, it needs to go to a place a few hours away for conversion. My situation with a special needs child makes it near impossible for me to do it. Gary Lang, being sympatheyic to my situation, is going above and beyond, and is willing to drive it down there for me. Where else can you find that kind of care and service! More
