Had one picked out online so it just came down to financing. The vehicle we wanted was apparently out as a loaner car. The two requirements we had were awd and captain chairs. So he found a vehicle that had neither of those and was 20 percent more. When we explained that isn’t what we wanted he finally went back to the original car. He would not sell it to us for what it was advertised for, but instead for 5k more. They would not honor the advertised price so we left after an hour and a half wasted. More

Jeff took so much time out of his day to not only make me comfortable while picking between vehicles, but handled any, and all hiccups with ease. Dealing with my specific situation I had been having a difficult time receiving documents from certian companies. Jeff was able to help me with them, and get all documents to where they needed to be. Jeff even went above and beyond to teach me how to drive stick shift for the vehicle I purchased. Andrew was the man who helped with all the financing, and made the process as painless as possible. Wow! Amazed by Jeff Vicari My father in law is on hospice and bedridden. When I stopped and chatted with him today he stated he wanted to buy a new convertible Camero so he can My father in law is on hospice and bedridden. When I stopped and chatted with him today he stated he wanted to buy a new convertible Camero so he can go on a road trip. (Unrealistic, due to the fact he can not even stand on his own) so leaving his house I started thinking what would make him smile? (Obviously his spirit is down) so I figured.. what the heck, I’m going to give it my best shot. I pulled into Gary Lang and walked to the door and immediately greeted by Jeff Vicari. I told him our story and asked if he could help make someone’s day? Jeff without one ounce of hesitation said give me a minute, he then pulled around a blue convertible camero and looked at myself and my aunt and said let’s go ladies. We get in the car and he said where are we going? We proceeded to give him the address, he drove right to the patio door. I can only tell you how big my father in laws smile was, he asked if that was his. (lol) my point of this review is to express my gratitude to Jeff, he could have said NO, he could have thought - this is not a sale, why would I waste my time? But he didn’t.... he said if I can give someone a ounce of hope and a smile and it costs nothing, why wouldn’t I? This is my thank you to you Jeff! The world needs more people like you!
